Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring a memorable shopping experience.
- Present product features, benefits, and pricing clearly, helping customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing sales floor, including restocking shelves, arranging displays, and monitoring inventory levels.
- Process transactions accurately using the point‑of‑sale system, handle cash, credit, and digital payments, and issue receipts.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets by actively upselling and cross‑selling complementary items.
- Collect and report customer feedback, market trends, and competitor activity to support merchandising and promotional planning.
- Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to plan and execute promotional events, seasonal campaigns, and in‑store activities.
- Participate in regular product training sessions to stay current on new arrivals, features, and best‑practice selling techniques.
- Adhere to store policies, health and safety guidelines, and company standards for customer service excellence.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a S1 degree is highly preferred for candidates seeking accelerated growth.
- Gender: Female (per company policy for this role).
- Age: Open to fresh graduates as well as candidates with prior experience; no upper age limit.
- Strong communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and basic English, enabling clear interaction with a diverse customer base.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team, sharing knowledge and supporting colleagues to achieve common goals.
- High level of perseverance, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude toward learning new product lines and sales techniques.
- Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with POS software, inventory management tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Availability to work the full schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional weekend or holiday shifts as needed.
