Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Koordinator Promosi Penjualan GT/MT to join our fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG) team. In this role you will act as the frontline ambassador for our brand, introducing products to retail outlets, ensuring attractive in‑store displays, and driving daily and monthly sales targets. The position is based in our regional hub and operates Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, with a focus on both traditional trade (GT) and modern trade (MT) channels.
Responsibilities
- Introduce new product lines and provide clear, persuasive education to prospective retailers and end‑consumers.
- Achieve assigned daily and monthly sales targets through proactive direct‑selling activities.
- Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with store owners, managers, and key decision‑makers.
- Monitor stock levels, coordinate replenishment, and ensure product availability at all times.
- Inspect and arrange product displays to meet visual merchandising standards, making sure they are clean, well‑stocked, and eye‑catching.
- Execute promotional programs, including price discounts, bundle offers, and sampling events, while accurately recording results.
- Report market feedback, competitor activities, and sales performance to the regional sales manager on a weekly basis.
- Utilize a two‑wheel vehicle to travel between multiple outlets, adhering to a predefined route schedule.
- Apply product‑switching techniques to introduce newer SKUs and phase out slow‑moving items.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on product knowledge, selling techniques, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Female candidates, maximum age 35 years.
- Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in FMCG sales, preferably as a Sales Promotion Girl (SPG) or Sales Marketing Director (SMD) in a similar role.
- Strong understanding of store display principles and the ability to create compelling visual merchandising.
- Demonstrated skill in product switching and cross‑selling techniques.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasive selling abilities.
- Self‑motivated, target‑driven, and comfortable working under performance pressure.
- Valid driving licence (SIM C) and ownership of a reliable two‑wheel vehicle.
- Willingness to work flexible hours aligned with GT/MT operational schedules.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a regional sales team.
