Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Spesialis Cooking dan Pengembangan Menu to join our culinary team. This position is ideal for individuals who are passionate about Indonesian street‑food culture, especially the beloved warindo concept, and who thrive in a fast‑paced, full‑shift kitchen environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing high‑quality dishes, innovating new menu items, and ensuring that every plate meets our strict standards of taste, presentation, and hygiene.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, cook, and present a wide variety of traditional and contemporary warindo dishes, adhering to standardized recipes and portion controls.
  • Develop new menu concepts based on market trends, seasonal ingredients, and customer feedback, and create detailed recipe documentation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work station, following HACCP and local health regulations at all times.
  • Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow during peak hours, helping teammates when necessary to keep service times under control.
  • Monitor inventory levels, assist in ordering supplies, and perform regular stock checks to minimize waste.
  • Train junior cooks on cooking techniques, plating standards, and proper equipment handling.
  • Participate in weekly menu tasting sessions, providing constructive feedback to refine flavors and improve consistency.
  • Ensure punctual attendance for a full‑shift schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00) and communicate any schedule changes promptly.
  • Utilize personal transportation to arrive on time and, when required, assist with the delivery of ingredients or finished dishes to satellite locations.
  • Contribute ideas for promotional events, special holiday menus, and catering packages that showcase the brand’s culinary identity.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: 22‑30 years.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • At least 0‑2 years of hands‑on experience cooking and serving warindo or similar street‑food menus.
  • Strong communication skills, honesty, and a collaborative team spirit.
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
  • Discipline in following schedules, safety protocols, and food‑handling procedures.
  • Own a reliable vehicle for commuting and occasional ingredient transport.
  • Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment, knife skills, and portioning techniques.
  • Willingness to work full‑shift hours, including occasional overtime during special events.
