Working hours are from 08:00 to 17:00, Tuesday through Sunday. The role is ideal for candidates who enjoy fast‑paced retail settings, have a knack for communication, and are eager to develop their sales and store‑operations skills.
Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly, courteous attitude, ensuring each visit feels personalized.
- Provide accurate product information, recommend items based on customer needs, and actively promote ongoing promotions and new arrivals.
- Operate the POS cash register, handling both cash and electronic payments efficiently and securely.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards by arranging displays, restocking shelves, and ensuring the store remains clean and organized.
- Receive, verify, and organize inbound stock deliveries, updating inventory records promptly.
- Monitor stock levels, flag low‑stock items, and generate regular inventory reports for the store manager.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve minor complaints on the spot, escalating more complex issues to the Team Leader.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve daily sales targets and contribute ideas for improving store performance.
- Assist in periodic store audits, ensuring compliance with safety, loss‑prevention, and company policies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of retail or customer‑service experience, preferably with cash‑handling responsibilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to engage customers of diverse backgrounds.
- Proficiency with POS systems and familiarity with both cash and non‑cash transaction processes.
- Basic computer literacy and comfort using electronic devices such as barcode scanners and inventory software.
