Introduction

Tous Les Jours, a leading international bakery chain renowned for its fresh, high‑quality products, is expanding its operations in Lombok, Indonesia. We are seeking a diligent Administrator Gudang dan Pengelolaan Stok Barang to join our logistics team at the TOUS LES JOURS Kota Lombok facility. This role is pivotal in ensuring that all raw materials and finished goods flow smoothly through the warehouse, supporting production, and maintaining the impeccable standards our customers expect.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct regular stock opname (physical inventory counts) for production and operational needs, ensuring accuracy and timely reconciliation.
  • Prepare and process purchase requisitions, as well as receive and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders (POs).
  • Assist in the loading and unloading of goods, coordinating with drivers, forklift operators, and production staff to maintain efficient flow.
  • Validate the arrival of goods, checking quantities, specifications, and condition, and record discrepancies for immediate resolution.
  • Monitor expiration dates of raw materials using FIFO‑FEFO principles, segregating soon‑to‑expire items and notifying production planners.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock levels, inbound deliveries, and expired inventory, presenting insights to management.
  • Maintain organized warehouse documentation, including inbound/outbound logs, inventory adjustment forms, and audit trails.
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to forecast demand, suggest reorder points, and help prevent stock‑outs or over‑stock situations.
  • Support periodic internal and external audits by providing accurate inventory records and facilitating physical verification.
  • Utilize the Enterprise Stock‑Bureau (ESB) system for real‑time inventory tracking; proficiency in ESB is considered a strong advantage.
  • Promote a safe and clean work environment by adhering to company safety protocols and conducting regular housekeeping checks.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • Gender: Male (as specified by the client’s operational policy).
  • Age: Maximum 32 years.
  • Experience: At least 1 year in warehouse administration, inventory control, or stock management, preferably within the Food & Beverage (F&B) sector.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Strong basic mathematics for accurate counting and data entry.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas).
    • Experience with ESB or similar inventory management software (plus).
  • Personal Attributes: Quick‑thinking, honest, meticulous, and able to work independently under tight deadlines.
  • Mobility: Willingness to work on‑site and travel between storage locations as required.
  • Health: Must have received the COVID‑19 booster vaccination.
  • Soft Skills: Effective communication with cross‑functional teams, problem‑solving orientation, and a proactive attitude toward process improvement.
