We are seeking a dynamic Manajer Brand Digital dan Strategi Pemasaran to lead our brand’s digital presence and drive integrated marketing initiatives across multiple channels. Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand‑building strategies that define positioning, value proposition, and visual identity.
- Maintain brand consistency across all communication channels, including social media, website, email, print, and in‑store experiences.
- Design, launch, and manage integrated marketing campaigns and promotional activities that align with business objectives and seasonal calendars.
- Conduct market, competitor, and consumer behavior analyses to uncover trends, opportunities, and threats.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing, creative, digital, and sales teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and product launches.

Requirements
- Minimum education: S1 in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of professional experience in brand management, digital marketing, or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, conduct competitor analysis, and translate insights into strategic actions.
- Proven ability to coordinate brand identity across multiple channels and ensure visual and verbal consistency.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills; comfortable presenting strategies to senior stakeholders.
