Adira Finance is seeking a diligent and results‑driven Petugas Penagihan Remedial to join our Bogor Tajur office. In this role, you will be the frontline guardian of our accounts receivable, ensuring overdue payments are collected efficiently and in alignment with our strict compliance standards. Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end A/R overdue collection process, ensuring all delinquent accounts are followed up within established timelines.
- Conduct daily monitoring of overdue invoices, flagging high‑risk accounts for senior management review.
- Initiate contact with borrowers via phone, email, and official letters, employing persuasive negotiation techniques to secure payment commitments.
- Document all collection activities accurately in the company’s CRM system, maintaining audit‑ready records.
- Collaborate with the credit analysis team to assess borrower creditworthiness and propose suitable repayment plans.
- Provide regular reports on collection performance, highlighting trends, success rates, and areas needing improvement.
- Work closely with legal and compliance departments to ensure all collection actions adhere to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, suggesting process enhancements to reduce delinquency ratios.
- Assist in training new team members on collection best practices and system usage.
- Maintain a professional and courteous relationship with clients, reinforcing Adira Finance’s reputation for integrity and customer focus.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (or S1) in any discipline; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Male candidates only, aged 29 years or younger.
- At least one year of experience in debt collection, credit control, or related financial services is preferred.
- Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and a target‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven negotiation abilities.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, meticulousness, and honesty.
- Proficiency in using electronic communication tools and basic data analysis software.
- Willingness to work at the Adira Finance location that matches your domicile.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
