Introduction

Flight International (CP) is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Staff Service Flight to join our dynamic pricing and revenue support team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring that our airline partners maintain competitive fare structures, accurate inventory data, and seamless vendor interactions across multiple sales channels, including mobile apps, web portals, and Global Distribution Systems (GDS). Responsibilities

  • Provide daily operational support for revenue management and pricing strategy implementation, ensuring alignment with corporate profitability goals.
  • Monitor competitor pricing, promotional trends, and ancillary offers; compile concise reports for senior managers to inform tactical adjustments.
  • Conduct regular availability checks across all distribution platforms (mobile applications, website, GDS) to verify seat inventory and fare visibility.
  • Assist in the verification, reconciliation, and processing of supplier invoices, maintaining strict adherence to financial controls.
  • Coordinate price validation and documentation for marketing campaigns, collaborating closely with the marketing and sales teams.
  • Analyze daily data on price fluctuations, inventory gaps, and competitor activity; identify patterns and recommend corrective actions.
  • Manage administrative tasks related to billing, cost reimbursements, Requests for Proposal (RFP), and Requests for Information (RFI) to ensure timely and accurate completion.
  • Oversee the entry of daily sales data into performance dashboards, guaranteeing data integrity and facilitating real‑time performance monitoring.
  • Support cross‑functional initiatives, such as system upgrades or process improvement projects, by providing relevant data and operational insights.
  • Maintain clear communication with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve pricing discrepancies and improve service quality.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (D4) in Business, Economics, Hospitality, or related field.
  • Maximum age: 30 years.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in airline services, travel agencies, or hospitality pricing and revenue support.
  • Strong analytical abilities with proficiency in Excel, data visualization tools, and basic knowledge of GDS platforms.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Demonstrated attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Customer‑service mindset, especially in food and beverage service, to understand ancillary revenue opportunities.
  • Team player with a proactive attitude, capable of collaborating across departments such as finance, marketing, and IT.
