Responsibilities

- Collect customer feedback, report trends to the marketing manager, and suggest improvements to boost conversion rates.
- Collaborate with inventory staff to ensure product availability and timely restocking of popular items.
- Adhere to company policies regarding dress code (non‑hijab), punctuality, and workplace safety.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Provide after‑sale support, addressing any concerns or warranty issues with courtesy and efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 25 years old; must be a female candidate who is not currently enrolled in a college program.
