Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Manajer Divisi Kasir dan Pelayanan Pelanggan to lead our cash and customer service operations in a fast‑moving food & beverage (F&B) environment. Responsibilities
- Supervise and mentor a team of cashiers and front‑of‑house staff, ensuring adherence to cash handling procedures and service standards.
- Develop and implement daily work schedules for Monday‑Saturday shifts (08:00‑17:00), optimizing staffing levels to match peak traffic periods.
- Monitor point‑of‑sale (POS) system performance, resolve technical issues, and coordinate with IT support for system upgrades.
- Conduct regular cash reconciliations, audits, and end‑of‑day reporting to maintain financial accuracy and prevent discrepancies.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback with professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities for service improvement.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and inventory teams to ensure seamless order flow and accurate billing.
- Analyze sales data, identify trends, and propose promotional strategies to boost revenue and improve average transaction value.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations as they pertain to cash handling and customer interaction areas.
- Organize training sessions on POS usage, customer service etiquette, and upselling techniques for new and existing staff.
- Prepare periodic performance reports for senior management, highlighting key metrics such as transaction speed, error rates, and customer satisfaction scores.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: maximum 28 years.
- Gender: open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in the F&B industry, preferably in a supervisory or cash management role.
- Strong knowledge of cash register systems and POS software.
- Excellent numerical accuracy, attention to detail, and integrity in handling cash.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead a diverse team.
- Problem‑solving mindset and the ability to stay calm under pressure during busy service periods.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, email) and willingness to learn new technologies.
