Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging lesson plans tailored to the curriculum of TK, SD, SMP, and SMA levels.
- Assess each student’s strengths and areas for improvement through diagnostic tests, quizzes, and regular feedback.
- Provide one‑on‑one or small‑group instruction that aligns with national standards and the specific needs of the learner.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, progress reports, and lesson outcomes.
- Communicate regularly with parents or guardians to discuss performance, set goals, and recommend strategies for home reinforcement.
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles, including visual, auditory, and kinesthetic approaches.
- Participate in periodic training sessions and professional development workshops offered by the company.
- Ensure a safe, respectful, and supportive learning environment that encourages curiosity and critical thinking.
- Follow the scheduled timetable (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00) and be punctual for all sessions.
- Collaborate with fellow tutors and the administrative team to share best practices and improve overall service quality.
Requirements
- Female candidate, as stipulated by client preferences.
- Minimum education: active university student (final semester preferred) or graduate with a bachelor’s degree (S1) in any field; candidates with a background in education are highly favored.
- Age limit: open to candidates up to 30 years old.
- No prior teaching experience required; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Strong passion for teaching and genuine enthusiasm for interacting with children and adolescents.
- Ability to teach a variety of subjects across TK, SD, SMP, and SMA levels.
- Excellent communication skills, patience, discipline, and a high sense of responsibility.
- Professional appearance: neat, modest, and well‑groomed.
- Willingness to adhere to the assigned teaching schedule.
- Residency within or near the placement area in Wonogiri is considered a valuable advantage.
- Basic proficiency in using digital tools for lesson planning and virtual tutoring (if required).
