Introduction

We are seeking a motivated Telemarketing Specialist to join our fast‑growing sales team in Jakarta. In this role you will be the voice of our company, promoting a range of products and services to prospective customers via telephone and WhatsApp. The ideal candidate is energetic, results‑driven, and comfortable working in a dynamic, target‑oriented environment. This position offers a full‑time schedule from 08:00 to 17:00, with the possibility of career advancement into senior sales or supervisory roles.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls and WhatsApp messages to introduce company offerings and generate qualified leads.
  • Present product features, benefits, and pricing clearly, tailoring the pitch to each prospect’s needs.
  • Maintain and update the customer database, ensuring accurate records of interactions, follow‑up actions, and sales outcomes.
  • Perform systematic follow‑up calls to nurture leads, address objections, and move prospects through the sales funnel.
  • Prepare daily and weekly sales reports, including call logs, conversion rates, and revenue forecasts, for review by the Team Leader.
  • Handle inbound inquiries, resolve customer complaints, and provide after‑sales support to enhance satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to relay market feedback and suggest improvements to scripts and promotional materials.
  • Meet or exceed individual and team sales targets, contributing to the overall growth objectives of the organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in telemarketing, telesales, or a similar outbound sales role.
  • Demonstrated ability to sell products or services via phone and WhatsApp, with a track record of meeting sales quotas.
  • Clean SLIK OJK record (no negative credit or regulatory issues).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly and handle objections professionally.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM or sales tracking tools.
  • Self‑discipline, time‑management, and the willingness to work on‑site in Jakarta.
  • Positive attitude, resilience under pressure, and a genuine passion for helping customers find solutions.
