Introduction

We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Administrator Bisnis Channeling to join our dynamic team in Kendal, Central Java. This role serves as the backbone of our Business Channeling operations, ensuring that every customer order is accurately processed, documented, and moved through the credit approval workflow. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams such as the Sales Hub Center (SHC) and the Survey Operations Center (SOC), acting as a liaison between customers and our credit assessment units. This position offers a stable Monday‑to‑Saturday schedule from 08:00 to 16:00, providing an excellent work‑life balance while contributing to the growth of our financial services portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Promptly acknowledge and follow up on incoming orders received through the Business Channeling platform.
  • Gather, verify, and enter comprehensive consumer data and financing object details into the company’s ERP system.
  • Maintain data integrity by performing regular audits and ensuring all records are complete and up‑to‑date.
  • Process credit applications in accordance with the results of Risk Assessment Committee (RAC) reviews or consumer grading outcomes.
  • Communicate credit decisions—both approvals and rejections—to customers in a clear, courteous, and professional manner.
  • Prepare and dispatch survey orders to the Survey Operations Center (SOC) for on‑site verification of collateral.
  • Coordinate with the Sales Hub Center (SHC) to track the status of ongoing consumer orders and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to generate reports, track key performance indicators, and support senior management decision‑making.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement, suggest workflow optimizations, and contribute to the development of standard operating procedures.
  • Provide occasional administrative support for team meetings, training sessions, and internal audits.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA) / Vocational School (SMK) or equivalent.
  • Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a high level of personal integrity.
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, capable of interacting with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Basic understanding of credit monitoring and processing concepts.
  • Ability to work independently while also thriving in a collaborative team environment.
  • Open to candidates of any gender; no age restriction.
  • Willingness to work the designated hours of 08:00‑16:00, Monday through Saturday.
