Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Part‑Time Quality Supervisor (Pengawas Kualitas Paruh Waktu) to join our fast‑growing fashion and daily‑apparel brand. The position offers a structured work week from Monday to Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, allowing you to balance career development with personal commitments.
Responsibilities
- Conduct daily visual and technical inspections of apparel items to ensure compliance with brand specifications and safety standards.
- Collaborate closely with the production and merchandising teams to address any quality deviations promptly.
- Oversee live‑host sessions, verifying that all showcased products meet the agreed‑upon quality criteria before they go on air.
- Document inspection results, generate detailed reports, and recommend corrective actions to senior management.
- Train and mentor junior staff on proper quality‑control procedures, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Manage returned or defective merchandise, coordinating with the logistics team to process refunds or replacements efficiently.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of industry trends in fashion, fabrics, and sustainable materials to support product innovation.
- Ensure all quality‑related activities align with the company’s commitment to diversity, inclusion, and ethical sourcing.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Female candidates only, age 25 years or younger.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a quality‑control or similar supervisory role.
- Prior experience as a live‑host (HOST LIVE) is highly preferred.
- Strong passion for fashion and daily‑apparel trends.
- Excellent manners, professional attitude, and the ability to communicate clearly.
- Core personal attributes: honesty, responsibility, creativity, perseverance, and tolerance for diversity.
- Familiarity with store management systems and basic data‑entry skills.
