Introduction
We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Civil Engineer – Construction & Infrastructure to join our dynamic team in North Jakarta (Pluit). This role focuses on the technical review and implementation of LED Videotron installations within complex building structures. The successful candidate will play a pivotal part in ensuring structural integrity, compliance with local regulations, and seamless coordination among clients, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough reviews of technical documents and building requirements related to LED Videotron installations.
- Prepare and maintain detailed progress reports throughout all project phases—from initial planning and design to on‑site execution.
- Coordinate closely with clients, consultants, and internal project teams to clarify structural needs, resolve design conflicts, and ensure alignment with project goals.
- Develop comprehensive technical review reports and provide actionable field recommendations to improve safety, cost‑effectiveness, and constructability.
- Interpret, analyze, and verify construction drawings and structural calculations, ensuring all designs meet applicable codes and standards.
- Create or revise 2D and, when required, 3D technical drawings using AutoCAD, incorporating feedback from multidisciplinary teams.
- Support the sales and project acquisition teams by performing preliminary site analyses and technical feasibility studies for prospective installations.
- Deliver clear, concise technical presentations to internal leadership and external partners when project milestones demand stakeholder briefings.
- Assist in the preparation of Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and cost estimation, leveraging knowledge of construction budgeting to support project profitability.
- Participate in on‑site inspections and field visits to verify that construction aligns with approved designs and to troubleshoot any emerging issues.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- At least 1 year of experience as an Engineer, Site Engineer, or Technical Staff. Fresh graduates with relevant internship or project experience are encouraged to apply.
- Strong grasp of structural analysis fundamentals and building load calculations.
- Proficiency in reading and producing 2D technical drawings; 3D modeling experience (e.g., SketchUp) is a distinct advantage.
- Advanced skills in AutoCAD and SAP2000 for structural modeling and analysis.
- Familiarity with cost estimation, RAB (Rencana Anggaran Biaya), and budgeting processes.
- Competent use of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentations.
- Excellent communication and coordination abilities, with a proven track record of teamwork in multidisciplinary environments.
- Basic English proficiency sufficient to read technical documentation.
- Holding a Construction Services Certification (SKK) is a plus.
- Willingness to work on‑site in Jakarta Utara (Pluit) and travel for field inspections as required.
