Responsibilities
As a front‑of‑house team member, you will be the face of our establishment. Your daily duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Greeting guests warmly, escorting them to their tables, and presenting menus with a friendly demeanor.
- Taking accurate food and beverage orders, answering menu questions, and offering recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Coordinating with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of dishes.
- Serving meals and drinks promptly, checking back with guests to ensure satisfaction, and handling any special requests.
- Processing payments, issuing receipts, and managing cash registers in accordance with company policies.
- Maintaining a clean and organized dining area, including setting and clearing tables, polishing cutlery, and adhering to hygiene standards.
- Supporting fellow team members during peak hours, assisting with inventory checks, and restocking supplies as needed.
- Observing and adhering to all health, safety, and service regulations to provide a safe environment for guests and staff.
- Responding promptly to guest feedback, resolving minor issues on the spot, and escalating more complex concerns to supervisors.
Requirements

- Education: Minimum of SMA/SMK; certain positions may prefer D3/D4 or a related bachelor’s degree.
- Experience: At least 1–2 years in a similar waiter/waitress position; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply for the Daily Worker track.
- Strong understanding of hotel or restaurant operations, including order flow and service standards.
- Excellent communication skills with a genuine hospitality mindset and a focus on guest satisfaction.
- Professional appearance and personal grooming that reflects the brand’s standards.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Willingness to work flexible shift schedules, including weekends and public holidays.
- Disciplined, honest, and responsible attitude.
- For Daily Worker positions: willingness to work on a daily basis, adapt quickly to schedule changes, and start with minimal notice.
- Key skills: food & beverage service, order taking, cash handling, table setting, and basic problem‑solving.
