Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Kepala Outlet Gadai Solo Raya to lead one of our flagship pawnshop branches in Central Java. This pivotal role combines sales leadership, inventory expertise, and team development to ensure the outlet consistently exceeds its performance targets while delivering exceptional service to our customers. The successful candidate will join a fast‑growing network of pawnshop locations across Jawa Tengah, Yogyakarta, Jakarta, and Banten, and will be instrumental in strengthening our market position in the electronics and valuable goods sector.
Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a multidisciplinary team to achieve and surpass monthly sales targets for the branch.
- Design and deliver regular training programs that enhance staff competencies in product appraisal, customer service, and sales techniques.
- Conduct accurate assessments of electronic items (smartphones, laptops, speakers, drones, etc.) and ensure proper documentation.
- Oversee inventory reconciliation, performing periodic stock counts and ensuring alignment between physical goods and system records.
- Maintain strict adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for all operational activities, including cash handling, loan processing, and security protocols.
- Develop and implement localized marketing initiatives to attract new borrowers and retain existing clients.
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for regional management, highlighting key metrics, challenges, and improvement plans.
- Coordinate with the head office during a 3‑4 month training period (including a two‑week intensive program in Semarang) to master company policies and systems.
- Travel as required to other branches within the assigned provinces, ensuring flexibility in placement based on business needs.
Requirements
- Minimum education: S1 (Bachelor’s degree) – fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Maximum age: 35 years.
- Strong foundational knowledge of electronic devices (smartphones, laptops, audio equipment, drones, etc.) is a distinct advantage.
- Demonstrated leadership spirit with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Passion for marketing and a solid understanding of retail sales dynamics.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively, resolve conflicts, and maintain a high level of team cohesion.
- Flexibility to be stationed at any branch across Jawa Tengah, D.I. Yogyakarta, D.K.I. Jakarta, or Banten, preferably near the candidate’s residence.
- Technical aptitude for using inventory management software and basic data analysis tools.
