Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers, presenting company products and services in line with daily and weekly sales targets.
- Maintain and update the customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate interaction logs, status updates, and follow‑up actions.
- Perform diligent follow‑up on existing leads, offering repeat orders or upsell opportunities based on previous purchase history.
- Collaborate closely with the branch operations team and the marketing department to qualify leads, address objections, and drive closing activities.
- Prepare and deliver concise sales reports, highlighting key performance metrics and insights for continuous improvement.
- Utilize Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to manage call scripts, track performance dashboards, and create persuasive sales presentations.
- Participate in regular training sessions and product knowledge workshops to stay current on new offerings and market trends.
- Adhere to the company’s compliance standards and ethical guidelines while handling customer data.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Associate degree (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline.
- Age: 35 years old or younger.
- Open to all genders.
- Strong verbal communication skills and a courteous telephone demeanor.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to learn quickly, adapt to a fast‑paced sales environment, and work independently as well as within a team.
- Willingness to work on‑site at our South Tangerang office during standard business hours (08:00 – 17:00).
- No prior telemarketing experience required; fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
