Responsibilities
- Prepare and set up billiard tables before opening, ensuring proper chalking, cue placement, and lighting.
- Conduct routine maintenance, including table leveling, cloth cleaning, and equipment inspections to guarantee optimal playing conditions.
- Provide attentive customer service by assisting players with equipment, explaining rules, and offering tips to enhance gameplay.
- Monitor the gaming area for safety hazards, promptly addressing spills, broken cues, or any equipment malfunctions.
- Manage inventory of cues, chalk, and other accessories, placing orders and tracking usage to maintain adequate stock levels.
- Coordinate with the front‑desk team to handle reservations, walk‑ins, and special events such as tournaments or corporate gatherings.
- Train new staff members on proper table preparation, maintenance procedures, and customer interaction standards.
- Maintain accurate logs of daily activities, maintenance tasks, and any incidents, ensuring compliance with company policies.
Requirements
- Gender: Female (Perempuan)
- Maximum age: 28 years
- Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent
- Demonstrated discipline, honesty, strong communication skills, and a sense of responsibility.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in billiard services, hospitality, or related fields is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in basic food and beverage service skills, ensuring guests receive a complete entertainment experience.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
