Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Sales Officer for the Subang Kota region to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in expanding our market presence, nurturing relationships with both existing and new customers, and driving revenue through effective sales strategies. The ideal candidate will be proactive, results‑oriented, and possess a strong understanding of the sales cycle in a competitive B2C environment.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell the company’s product portfolio to existing clients and prospect new customers across the Subang Kota area.
  • Generate and secure orders through various distribution channels, ensuring accurate initial data collection and thorough verification of customer documents.
  • Prepare and complete credit applications, collaborating with finance teams to expedite approvals.
  • Monitor the progress of each credit application, providing timely updates and final decisions to dealers and customers.
  • Communicate payment terms, due dates, and collection locations clearly to customers, minimizing payment delays.
  • Maintain detailed records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market feedback using CRM tools.
  • Identify and report market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to senior management.
  • Participate in regular sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to continuously improve sales techniques.
  • Travel within the assigned territory using a personal vehicle, ensuring coverage of all key accounts and prospects.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (any discipline) – graduates from all fields are welcome.
  • Age limit: up to 30 years, but exceptional candidates may be considered beyond this range.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in a similar sales role; fresh graduates with strong internships are also encouraged to apply.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a talent for negotiation and relationship building.
  • High integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty in all business dealings.
  • Possession of a valid driving license (SIM A/C) and personal vehicle for field visits.
  • Strong B2C sales management abilities, including target setting, pipeline tracking, and closing deals.
  • Proficiency in using sales management software and Microsoft Office applications.
