Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Officer Remedial (Collection) to join our dynamic team in Sumenep, Jawa Timur. This position plays a critical role in maintaining the financial health of our multifinance operations by ensuring that overdue accounts receivable are recovered in a timely and professional manner. The successful candidate will work closely with internal stakeholders and external customers, applying strong negotiation and communication skills to achieve collection targets while upholding the highest standards of integrity and customer service.
Responsibilities
- Manage the end‑to‑end collection process for overdue loans (A/R Overdue), ensuring all actions are completed within established deadlines.
- Conduct daily monitoring of delinquent accounts, identify high‑risk cases, and prioritize collection activities accordingly.
- Initiate contact with borrowers via phone, email, and in‑person visits to negotiate repayment plans, settlements, or restructuring options.
- Prepare and maintain accurate collection reports, documenting all communications, agreements, and outcomes for audit and compliance purposes.
- Collaborate with the credit underwriting and risk management teams to share insights on borrower behavior and improve credit policies.
- Provide guidance and support to junior staff or interns, fostering a collaborative environment focused on achieving collective targets.
- Stay informed about the latest regulations governing multifinance and debt collection practices, ensuring all activities comply with legal standards.
- Participate in regular training sessions to sharpen negotiation techniques, data analysis skills, and knowledge of financial products.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (or S1) in any field; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Male candidates, maximum age of 29‑30 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in credit monitoring, loan processing, or debt collection (experience is a strong advantage but not mandatory).
- Solid understanding of multifinance business processes and a results‑oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with proven ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts.
- High level of integrity, perseverance, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Willingness to work at a location aligned with personal domicile; flexibility to travel within the assigned territory.
- Available to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
