Introduction

Rokez is expanding its frontline team to deliver exceptional customer experiences across all of its branches nationwide. We are looking for motivated individuals to join us as Petugas Frontline Layanan Pelanggan. This position is the first point of contact for our customers, ensuring that every interaction reflects the professionalism, reliability, and hospitality that Rokez is known for. Whether the customer visits in‑person, calls, or reaches out via digital channels, our frontline staff play a critical role in building trust, resolving issues promptly, and promoting the brand’s values.

The role operates on a structured shift schedule, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, allowing you to develop a strong routine while enjoying a balanced work‑life rhythm. Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and guide them through the service process, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
  • Answer inbound calls and respond to online inquiries, delivering accurate information about products, services, and promotions.
  • Process transactions, handle cash, and operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems with precision.
  • Identify customer needs, upsell relevant services, and refer complex cases to specialized departments.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the service desk, lobby, and surrounding areas to uphold Rokez’s standards of hygiene and presentation.
  • Document customer interactions in the company’s CRM system, ensuring data integrity and follow‑up actions.
  • Collaborate with team members during shift handovers, sharing critical information and any unresolved issues.
  • Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, company policies, and industry best practices.
  • Adhere strictly to shift schedules, punctuality, and attendance policies, demonstrating reliability and professionalism.
  • Contribute ideas for improving service efficiency and customer satisfaction during team meetings.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or an equivalent qualification.
  • Open to all gender identities; the role is not gender‑specific.
  • Not currently enrolled in any full‑time educational program.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work quickly without sacrificing accuracy.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language proficiency is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a shift‑based environment, including weekends.
  • Commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and orderliness in the workplace.
  • Willingness to be placed at any Rokez branch across the country, with relocation support where applicable.
  • Basic computer literacy and comfort using POS and CRM software.
