Responsibilities

  • Monitor inventory levels, record usage, and coordinate with purchasing to ensure timely replenishment of meat supplies.
  • Operate and maintain slicing machines, grinders, and other specialized equipment, performing routine checks and minor repairs as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, chefs, and front‑of‑house teams to guarantee seamless service during peak hours.
  • Train junior staff on proper cutting techniques, safe handling practices, and efficient workflow methods.
  • Adapt to a rotating shift schedule, including mornings, evenings, and weekends, while maintaining consistent performance.
  • Assist in menu development by suggesting new cuts, preparation methods, and presentation ideas that align with current culinary trends.
  • Document daily production reports, noting any waste, discrepancies, or equipment issues for management review.
  • Participate in regular health and safety audits, promptly addressing any findings to uphold regulatory compliance.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: Open to candidates of any age, with a flexible approach to experience (0+ years acceptable).
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Prior experience in restaurant, café, or pastry‑shop environments is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional, approachable appearance.
  • Willingness to be placed in any city where the company operates, supporting our nationwide expansion.
  • Comfortable working under a shift system (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00 or equivalent rotation).

  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and handle repetitive cutting tasks safely.
