Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting and cold‑calling to generate new business leads within the Mandailing Natal region.
- Visit potential and existing customers on a daily basis, presenting product portfolios, negotiating terms, and closing sales.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide market feedback, identify emerging trends, and suggest promotional initiatives.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to company policies and ethical standards.
- Participate in regular training sessions, sales meetings, and performance reviews to continuously improve selling skills.
- Support after‑sales service by coordinating product deliveries, handling customer inquiries, and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management, highlighting achievements, challenges, and opportunities for growth.
Requirements
- Age: Maximum 28 years old.
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) – Bachelor’s degree (S1) is a plus.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Must own a personal motorcycle for field visits.
- Willingness to work on a 12‑month initial contract with the prospect of permanent placement.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
- Analytical mindset for sales performance analysis and market research.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and able to work independently under minimal supervision.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM tools.
