Responsibilities
- Receive monthly customer data sets from the Central Transaction Bureau (CTB) and plan efficient visitation routes.
- Register and log into the My Vista mobile application to record visit details, update payment status, and capture customer feedback.
- Conduct on‑site visits to customers’ homes or businesses, presenting a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
- Explain Indihome service usage, billing cycles, and payment options clearly, addressing any questions or concerns the customer may have.
- Assist customers in completing payments, setting up auto‑debit, or arranging alternative payment methods as needed.
- Collect and verify payment receipts, ensuring accurate documentation and timely submission to the central office.
- Maintain meticulous records of each interaction, noting any disputes, service issues, or opportunities for upselling.
- Participate in regular training sessions and product briefings to stay up‑to‑date with the latest Indihome offerings and collection procedures.
- Adhere to safety protocols while traveling on a personal motorcycle, including wearing appropriate protective gear and following local traffic laws.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Proficiency in operating Android smartphones or similar devices; comfortable navigating mobile apps and GPS tools.
- Own a reliable motorcycle and hold a valid Indonesian SIM C driving license.
- High level of honesty, attention to detail, and a sense of accountability for collected payments.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet daily visitation targets.
- Open to candidates of any gender; no age limit.
- Basic understanding of financial transactions and customer service principles is a plus.
