Introduction
Yayasan YRA is a respected non‑profit organization dedicated to nurturing the next generation of Quran memorisers (hafiz) through its renowned Madrasah Program Tahfidz Al‑Qur’an. We are currently seeking enthusiastic and disciplined individuals—both male (Ikhwan) and female (Akwat)—to join our teaching team at the YRA Pagelaran campus in Ciomas. This full‑time position offers a supportive environment where educators can deepen their own spiritual practice while guiding students toward mastering the holy text.
Responsibilities
- Deliver daily Quran memorisation sessions, ensuring each student progresses toward the goal of mastering at least 30 Juz, with special encouragement for those already proficient in 15 Juz.
- Prepare and adapt lesson plans that incorporate traditional pesantren methods, modern pedagogical techniques, and interactive recitation drills.
- Conduct regular assessments, provide constructive feedback, and maintain detailed progress records for each student.
- Mentor students in tajwid (pronunciation) and proper makhraj (articulation) to guarantee high‑quality recitation.
- Coordinate with senior scholars (sanad) to verify students’ memorisation and to arrange certification ceremonies.
- Participate actively in community outreach, such as Quranic workshops, inter‑madrasah competitions, and public recitation events.
- Uphold the values of responsibility, discipline, and humility, serving as a role model both inside and outside the classroom.
- Collaborate with administrative staff to develop curriculum enhancements and contribute ideas for the continuous improvement of the YRA program.
- Stay current with Islamic educational trends and attend periodic training sessions offered by the foundation.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a strong Islamic educational background is preferred.
- Gender: Open to all genders (Ikhwan/Akwat).
- Must be a graduate of a recognized Pesantren Tahfidz with a valid Syahadah confirming completion.
- Demonstrated Hafidz status with memorisation of the full 30 Juz; memorising at least 15 Juz is considered a valuable plus.
- Already received sanad (chain of transmission) from a qualified scholar.
- Willingness to reside on‑site at the YRA Pagelaran Ciomas facility for the duration of the contract.
- Exhibit strong personal qualities: responsibility, discipline, punctuality, and a collaborative spirit.
- Passion for contributing to the growth and development of Yayasan YRA and its educational mission.
