Responsibilities
- Prepare ingredients according to recipes, including chopping, marinating, and portioning.
- Operate and maintain kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, mixers, and slicers safely and efficiently.
- Ensure all food preparation areas are kept spotless, following hygiene protocols and local health regulations.
- Assist chefs and line cooks by assembling dishes, plating, and performing basic cooking tasks during peak service.
- Monitor inventory levels, report shortages, and help with stock rotation to minimize waste.
- Perform routine cleaning of workstations, utensils, and kitchen floors, and sanitize surfaces after each shift.
- Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff to coordinate timing, manage orders, and resolve any service issues promptly.
- Adhere to food safety standards, including proper storage temperatures, labeling, and allergen management.
- Support the kitchen manager in daily briefings, receiving feedback, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain a positive attitude, demonstrate reliability, and show willingness to learn new techniques and recipes.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Willingness to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
