Introduction
XL Home, the residential broadband division of XL Axiata, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales WiFi Regional – Makassar & Gowa to join our growing team. This role is focused on expanding the reach of our high‑speed Wi‑Fi solutions throughout the Makassar and Gowa regions, delivering exceptional service to both new and existing customers. The ideal candidate will combine a passion for technology with a proven track record in sales, and will be comfortable navigating a fast‑paced, results‑driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell XL Home Wi‑Fi products, including unlimited plans and high‑speed packages up to 300 Mbps.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities by prospecting residential areas, small businesses, and community centers.
- Conduct on‑site product demonstrations and technical walkthroughs to showcase service benefits.
- Maintain a personal vehicle to travel across the Makassar and Gowa territories, ensuring timely visits to prospects and clients.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the regional revenue growth plan.
- Build and nurture long‑term relationships with customers, providing after‑sales support and handling service inquiries.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local promotional campaigns and community events.
- Accurately record all sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates in the company CRM system.
- Provide regular market feedback, including competitor analysis and emerging customer needs, to help shape product offerings.
- Ensure compliance with XL Axiata policies, including proper handling of XL/AXIS SIM cards and data protection standards.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: up to 35 years old.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in telecommunications or consumer electronics.
- Possession of a valid driver’s license and a personal motor vehicle.
- Active XL or AXIS SIM card for seamless connectivity during field work.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts in simple terms.
- Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working independently while also thriving in a collaborative team setting.
- Basic proficiency with smartphones, mobile apps, and CRM tools.
- Flexibility to work the assigned schedule: Tuesday to Sunday, 08:00 – 17:00.
