Responsibilities
- Analyze sales forecasts and historical data to calculate accurate purchase requirements.
- Prepare, issue, and monitor Purchase Orders (PO) from initiation to receipt of goods.
- Coordinate daily with suppliers, warehouse staff, and internal stakeholders to confirm delivery schedules and resolve discrepancies.
- Maintain optimal stock levels by preventing stock‑outs and over‑stock situations through regular inventory checks.
- Verify the completeness and accuracy of purchasing documents, including PO, invoices, and delivery notes.
- Archive and control all procurement paperwork in accordance with company policies and audit requirements.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel (including VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, and Pivot Tables) to generate reports, track key performance indicators, and support data‑driven decision making.
- Communicate proactively with vendors to negotiate terms, resolve issues, and ensure timely delivery.
- Assist the finance team with invoice verification and reconcile purchase records with payment schedules.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements and automation opportunities.
Requirements
- Female candidates aged 20–33 years, single and fully focused on work.
- Maximum age of 33 years; must be ready to join immediately and not be enrolled in any academic program.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; a technical diploma is a plus.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in purchasing or procurement, preferably in a fast‑moving consumer goods environment.
- Strong command of Microsoft Excel, including basic functions, VLOOKUP/HLOOKUP, and Pivot Table creation.
- Exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical abilities, and a systematic approach to problem‑solving.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to follow up persistently and build strong vendor relationships.
- Proven ability to meet strict deadlines, manage time efficiently, and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Team‑player mindset with the capability to collaborate across departments such as logistics, finance, and sales.
- Adaptability, quick learning, and initiative to take ownership of tasks without constant supervision.
