Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Executive Sales Representative for Corporate Accounts to join our growing sales team. This pivotal role focuses on acquiring, nurturing, and expanding relationships with corporate clients across a broad range of industries. The successful candidate will act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, driving revenue growth through strategic selling, consultative communication, and a deep understanding of our product portfolio.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prospect, and qualify high‑potential corporate accounts through market research, networking events, and referral channels.
  • Develop and present tailored sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals that meet or exceed quarterly targets.
  • Maintain a robust sales pipeline using CRM tools, ensuring accurate forecasting and timely follow‑up.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to align offerings with client needs.
  • Provide ongoing account management, including regular business reviews, upselling, cross‑selling, and addressing any service issues promptly.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 1 year proven experience in B2B sales, preferably within a corporate or enterprise environment.
  • All educational backgrounds are welcome; a strong track record of results outweighs formal qualifications.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and English, with the ability to present complex concepts clearly.

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Resilience and composure when operating under high‑pressure situations and tight timelines.
