We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Graphic Design Staff to join our dynamic creative team in Bekasi. Responsibilities
- Lead the conceptual development and execution of branding, advertising, and digital assets, ensuring consistency with client objectives and brand guidelines.
- Produce high‑quality vector illustrations, logos, packaging layouts, and marketing collateral using Adobe Illustrator (including image trace, Pathfinder, Pen Tool, and Shape Builder).
- Enhance photographic content, create retouched images, and design web‑ready graphics in Adobe Photoshop.
- Collaborate closely with account managers, copywriters, and developers to translate briefings into compelling visual stories.
- Mentor junior designers, provide constructive feedback, and foster a culture of continuous learning within the design team.
- Maintain organized project files, adhere to production timelines, and manage multiple assignments without compromising quality.
- Engage directly with clients when needed, presenting concepts, incorporating feedback, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Stay up‑to‑date with emerging design trends, typography, color theory, and industry best practices to keep the agency’s output fresh and competitive.
- Support the creation of motion graphics or basic animation when required, collaborating with the multimedia team.
- Uphold a professional attitude, demonstrate accountability, and contribute positively to the workplace environment.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of professional experience in a graphic design role, preferably in an agency setting.
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator (image trace, Pathfinder, Pen Tool, Shape Builder) and Adobe Photoshop.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a range of print and digital projects.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate design decisions.
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills; ability to work effectively with cross‑functional teams.
- Customer‑service orientation; experience handling client interactions is a plus.
- Residency near Kota Harapan Indah, Bekasi, or willingness to commute daily.
- Positive attitude, high level of responsibility, and a keen eye for detail.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00–17:00.
