Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Staff Marketing and Product Development professional to join our growing team. This entry‑level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to launch a career in sales, marketing, and product promotion. The role offers a comprehensive exposure to the full sales cycle, from prospecting new customers to maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, as well as hands‑on experience managing our social media presence. You will work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00, in a fast‑paced environment that values initiative, creativity, and results.
Responsibilities
- Identify, research, and establish relationships with potential customers across various channels, including phone, email, and face‑to‑face meetings.
- Present, demonstrate, and clearly explain the features and benefits of the company’s products or services, tailoring the pitch to the specific needs of each prospect.
- Maintain ongoing communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and uncover upsell opportunities.
- Prepare and submit regular activity reports, sales forecasts, and performance metrics to management, ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
- Conduct diligent follow‑up on leads generated from marketing campaigns, trade shows, referrals, and inbound inquiries to maximize conversion rates.
- Plan, create, and schedule engaging content for the company’s social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.) to boost brand awareness and drive traffic.
- Collaborate with the product development team to gather market feedback, suggest product improvements, and assist in launching new offerings.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings, share best practices, and contribute ideas for continuous improvement of sales strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
