We are currently seeking dedicated Cleaning Service Personnel for ATM Machines in the Tangerang metropolitan area. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals who are looking to start a reliable career in facilities management while gaining exposure to the banking sector.
Responsibilities
- Perform daily mobile cleaning of ATM rooms and the machines themselves, ensuring all surfaces are dust‑free and sanitary.
- Inspect each ATM for any signs of wear, damage, or malfunction and report findings promptly through the company’s mobile application.
- Maintain a log of cleaning activities, including time stamps, locations visited, and any incidents encountered.
- Adhere to safety protocols, such as using appropriate cleaning agents, wearing personal protective equipment, and securing the ATM area during service.
- Coordinate with the dispatch team to receive daily route assignments and confirm completion before the end of the shift.
- Provide courteous interaction with any on‑site security personnel or customers, representing the company professionally.
- Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies in the service vehicle to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Open to all genders; no age restriction.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Demonstrated knowledge of basic cleaning techniques and hygiene standards.
- Own a motorbike with a valid and active SIM C license.
- Possess a smartphone running Android 11 or higher for job‑tracking applications.
- Familiarity with the road network and neighborhoods of Tangerang and surrounding areas.
- Strong time‑management skills and the ability to work independently while following a fixed schedule (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written, to accurately report work progress via the mobile app.
- Physical ability to lift cleaning equipment and perform repetitive tasks throughout the day.
- Willingness to start immediately.
