Responsibilities

  • Actively market and present the company’s product lines to existing customers and new prospects, tailoring pitches to meet specific client needs.
  • Generate and secure orders through various distribution channels, ensuring accurate initial data capture and thorough verification of customer information.
  • Prepare and complete all required documentation for credit applications, collaborating closely with the finance department to expedite approvals.
  • Monitor the progress of credit applications, providing timely updates and communicating final decisions to dealers and customers.
  • Inform customers of payment schedules, due dates, and collection locations, and address any additional inquiries related to their purchases.
  • Maintain a detailed sales pipeline and regularly report on key performance indicators such as conversion rates, order volume, and revenue forecasts.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, competitor activities, and potential new distribution partners.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and sales meetings to stay current with product knowledge, pricing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
  • Provide feedback to product development and marketing teams based on customer insights and field observations.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: D3/D4 (any field of study).
  • Maximum age: 30 years.
  • Gender: Male (as specified by the client’s local hiring policy).
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in B2C sales, preferably within a similar industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to negotiate effectively and build trust.
  • High level of integrity, resilience, attention to detail, and honesty.
  • Own a reliable motor vehicle and possess a valid, active SIM A/C driving license.
  • Ability to work independently in the assigned domicile area while adhering to the company’s sales targets.
  • Proficiency in sales management tools, CRM software, and basic Microsoft Office applications.
