Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Content Creator to join our digital media team. Responsibilities

- Lead brainstorming sessions with cross‑functional teams, incorporating insights from product, sales, and analytics to refine content ideas.
- Monitor performance metrics (views, engagement rates, click‑throughs) and produce regular reports to inform iterative improvements.
- Mentor junior creators, providing feedback on creative concepts, technical execution, and brand consistency.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, platform algorithm updates, and competitor activity to keep the brand’s voice fresh and relevant.
- Maintain a content calendar, ensuring timely delivery of assets while managing multiple projects under tight deadlines.

Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a degree in Communications, Media, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
- At least 2‑3 years of proven experience in digital content creation, preferably in a senior or lead capacity.
- Strong proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro) and graphic design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convey ideas clearly to both internal teams and external audiences.
