Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Relationship Officer to join our growing team in the Serang area, serving the broader Jabodetabekser region. This role is a cornerstone of our customer‑centric approach, connecting individuals and businesses with our suite of multifinance products. As a Relationship Officer, you will act as the primary liaison between the company and its clients, ensuring a seamless experience from product presentation to credit approval and repayment.

Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell the company’s financing solutions to both existing and prospective customers across the designated territory.
  • Identify and secure orders through various distribution channels, gathering initial customer data and conducting thorough verification processes.
  • Prepare, complete, and submit all required documentation for credit applications, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
  • Track the progress of each credit application, providing timely updates to dealers and customers regarding status and decisions.
  • Communicate repayment details such as due dates, payment locations, and any additional information essential for a smooth transaction.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, updating customer profiles and transaction histories regularly.
  • Collaborate closely with the underwriting team, sales managers, and field staff to resolve issues and accelerate approval cycles.
  • Participate in regular field visits and market visits to gather market intelligence, competitor activity, and emerging customer needs.
  • Provide post‑sale support, addressing customer inquiries, handling complaints, and fostering long‑term relationships that encourage repeat business.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or higher (D4) in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Age: 21 – 29 years old, with a maximum age limit of 29 at the time of application.
  • Open to all genders.
  • Possession of a valid driver’s license (SIM C) and personal vehicle for field visits.
  • Strong understanding of multifinance business processes and credit lifecycle.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex financial products in simple terms.
  • Proficiency in using communication tools (phone, email, messaging apps) and marketing platforms for outreach.
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing market conditions and customer needs.
  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
  • High level of integrity, attention to detail, and a results‑driven mindset.
