Responsibilities

- Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked work station, including regular cleaning of espresso machines, grinders, and brewing equipment.
- Engage with customers, take orders accurately, provide product recommendations, and address any inquiries or concerns with professionalism.
- Handle cash transactions, process payments, and ensure the point‑of‑sale system is used correctly.
- Collaborate with team members to manage peak‑hour traffic, ensuring swift service without compromising quality.
- Monitor inventory levels, assist with receiving deliveries, and communicate supply needs to the manager.
- Participate in regular training sessions on coffee brewing techniques, new menu items, and food safety protocols.
- Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with local regulations and company policies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Male candidates preferred, though all qualified applicants are encouraged to apply.
- Relevant work experience in a coffee shop or hospitality setting is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Strong teamwork orientation with the ability to collaborate effectively in a fast‑paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Availability to work full‑time, Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Demonstrated passion for coffee culture and a willingness to develop barista skills.
- Basic math skills for cash handling and inventory tracking.
