Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate) or S1 (Bachelor) degree in Business, Communications, or a related field.
- Age: No upper limit, but candidates up to 35 years old are preferred for this role.
- Gender: Female candidates only, as per client specifications.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in telesales, customer service, marketing, desk collection, or a similar customer‑facing role.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is an advantage.
- Strong persuasive abilities, active listening, and the capacity to handle objections calmly.
- Analytical sales skills – ability to interpret call data, identify trends, and suggest improvements.
- Familiarity with sales tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or local equivalents).
- Self‑discipline, time‑management, and a high level of personal accountability for meeting targets.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace for remote or hybrid work arrangements, if applicable.
