Introduction

We are seeking a diligent Administrator Akuntansi dan Pengelolaan Keuangan to join our dynamic team in Makassar. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accuracy of financial reporting, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting the smooth flow of daily operations. The ideal candidate is a detail‑oriented professional with at least one year of relevant experience, a strong academic background in accounting or related fields, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, shift‑based environment.

Responsibilities

  • Prepare, review, and file daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Enter and verify customer order data into the company’s ERP system, ensuring that all information is complete and error‑free.
  • Generate invoices (nota) promptly and follow up on any discrepancies with customers or internal departments.
  • Provide courteous and professional service to customers both online (chat, email) and offline (phone, in‑person).
  • Answer all incoming calls, route inquiries appropriately, and maintain a log of communications for future reference.
  • Monitor the order fulfillment process, coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams, and resolve any bottlenecks that could affect delivery timelines.
  • Maintain organized digital archives of financial documents, contracts, and customer records to support audit readiness.
  • Assist in month‑end closing activities, including reconciliation of accounts, expense verification, and preparation of supporting schedules.
  • Collaborate with senior accounting staff to improve internal controls, streamline workflows, and implement best practices.
  • Participate in shift rotations, demonstrating reliability and flexibility to meet business needs.

Requirements

  • Female Muslim (wearing hijab) who observes the five daily prayers.
  • Maximum age of 28 years and currently single/unmarried.
  • Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) – preferably in Accounting, Computer Science, Business Management, or a related discipline.
  • At least 1 year of experience in accounting administration, order processing, or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on accuracy, data integrity, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—to interact effectively with customers and internal teams.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), digital archiving tools, and basic accounting software.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize tasks under pressure, and meet strict deadlines.
  • Honest, disciplined, and ready to work the designated shift (13:00 – 22:00, Monday to Sunday).
  • Residence in or willingness to relocate to Makassar is highly preferred.
