Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Design Interior Project Manager to join our growing team. Responsibilities
- Lead the entire interior design lifecycle, from initial client briefing and conceptual sketches to final installation and handover.
- Develop detailed design documentation, including floor plans, 3D renderings, material specifications, and furniture layouts using CAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, CorelDRAW, and Photoshop.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams—architects, engineers, contractors, and vendors—to ensure seamless integration of design intent.
- Manage project schedules, allocate resources, and monitor progress to guarantee on‑time delivery while adhering to budget constraints.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to verify that construction and installation work conforms to design specifications and quality standards.
- Facilitate clear and professional communication with clients, presenting design proposals, addressing feedback, and providing regular status updates.
- Oversee procurement of furniture, fixtures, and finishes, negotiating with suppliers to secure the best value and timely delivery.
- Maintain comprehensive project records, including contracts, change orders, and cost tracking reports.
- Mentor junior designers, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages continuous learning and skill development.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proficiency in industry‑standard software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, V‑Ray, CorelDRAW, Adobe Photoshop, and other visualization tools.
- At least 2 years of professional experience in interior design and furniture projects, demonstrating a portfolio of completed works.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to interact confidently with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Excellent organizational abilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Creative problem‑solving mindset, capable of adapting designs to meet client preferences and technical constraints.
- Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and sustainable design practices.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional site visits outside regular hours.
