Introduction

Indodana, a leading fintech company in Indonesia, is expanding its Indodana Paylater service across the Greater Jakarta area. We are seeking enthusiastic and results‑driven Sales Agents (SPG/SPB) to join our dynamic team in Jakarta Pusat. This role offers a fast‑paced environment where you will directly influence customer adoption of our innovative credit‑based payment solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Approach potential consumers in high‑traffic locations and clearly communicate the benefits of Indodana Paylater.
  • Demonstrate product features, assist customers in completing application forms, and explain repayment options.
  • Drive daily sales activities to meet or exceed acquisition targets set by the regional sales manager.
  • Maintain accurate daily sales logs, submit performance reports, and update the CRM system with real‑time data.
  • Conduct follow‑up calls and visits to resolve missing or incomplete information on application forms, ensuring a smooth approval process.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional events, product launches, and in‑store demonstrations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing queries, handling objections, and building long‑term relationships that encourage repeat usage.
  • Continuously improve product knowledge through training sessions and stay updated on industry trends in consumer finance and digital payments.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: 18‑30 years.
  • All genders are welcome to apply.
  • Strong communication skills with a proactive, initiative‑driven attitude.
  • Prior experience as a Sales Promoter or in direct‑to‑consumer sales is a distinct advantage.
  • Demonstrated commitment to achieving and surpassing sales targets in a competitive environment.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
  • Basic computer literacy and familiarity with mobile applications and CRM tools.
  • Willingness to work in the Jabodetabek region with a schedule of Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
