Responsibilities
- Active Canvassing / Door‑to‑Door Marketing: Visit targeted neighborhoods, houses, apartments, and commercial spaces to introduce our high‑speed Wi‑Fi packages.
- Product Presentation: Deliver compelling, easy‑to‑understand demonstrations of service plans, highlighting speed, reliability, and value‑added features.
- New Customer Acquisition: Identify prospects, qualify leads, address objections, and close sales to convert visitors into paying subscribers.
- Field Branding: Set up promotional materials such as banners, flyers, and brochures in strategic locations to increase brand visibility.
- Daily Reporting & Follow‑Up: Record all interactions in the CRM system, submit detailed daily sales reports, and conduct follow‑up calls or visits with potential customers.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage renewals and referrals.
- Collaboration with Support Teams: Coordinate with installation and technical support crews to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for new subscribers.
- Market Feedback: Gather on‑the‑ground insights about competitor offers and customer preferences, and relay this information to the marketing department.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- No upper age limit; we welcome candidates of all ages.
- Open to all genders.
- Zero to two years of direct sales experience (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a natural ability to build rapport quickly.
- Proven ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and meet daily/weekly targets.
- Basic numeracy for handling quotations, pricing, and sales documentation.
- Familiarity with smartphones, GPS navigation, and common office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace).
- Positive attitude, resilience under rejection, and a willingness to learn.
