Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Pengambilan Order (TO) – Area Bukit Tinggi to join our expanding sales team. Responsibilities

  • Actively pursue new business opportunities by contacting potential clients, presenting product offerings, and securing order commitments.
  • Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to encourage repeat purchases and referrals.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely order processing and delivery within the designated coverage area.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports, tracking performance against targets and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Utilize a personal Android smartphone (minimum 4 GB RAM) to access the company’s CRM system, update customer data, and manage sales pipelines on the go.
  • Travel regularly throughout Bukit Tinggi, Padang Panjang, and Tanah Datar, using a personal motorcycle and a valid SIM C driving license.
  • Participate in weekly sales meetings, sharing insights, challenges, and best practices with the broader team.
  • Represent the company at local events, trade shows, and community gatherings to increase brand visibility.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • Age: up to 30 years old.
  • Gender: open to all genders.
  • At least 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to influence and negotiate.
  • Target‑oriented mindset and the ability to work independently while meeting strict deadlines.
  • Own an Android smartphone with at least 4 GB RAM for CRM usage.
  • Possess a valid SIM C driving license and a personal motorcycle for fieldwork.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across the assigned territory and be flexible with work locations within Bukit Tinggi.
  • Basic proficiency in business communication, competitive analysis, and sales techniques.
