Responsibilities
- Visit customers’ residences to conduct on‑site collection of overdue credit installments, adhering to company etiquette and compliance standards.
- Achieve monthly collection targets set by the supervisory team, while maintaining a high level of accuracy in reporting.
- Fulfill daily visitation quotas, planning routes efficiently to maximize coverage across the Muara Enim district.
- Follow established collection procedures, documenting interactions, payment agreements, and any disputes in the central system.
- Provide courteous assistance and negotiate feasible repayment plans, helping customers understand the benefits of staying current with their obligations.
- Report field observations that may affect credit risk, such as changes in customer address, employment status, or emerging market trends.
- Collaborate with the back‑office and finance teams to resolve payment discrepancies and ensure seamless data flow.
- Maintain personal safety and the security of company assets while traveling on a motorcycle throughout the region.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent (MA/Package C acceptable).
- All genders are welcome to apply.
- Active SIM C driver’s license and personal motorcycle for field mobility.
- Thorough knowledge of the Muara Enim geography, including residential clusters and major thoroughfares.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with a customer‑focused attitude.
- Ability to work independently under pressure, meet strict collection targets, and manage time effectively.
- Preferred: At least 2 years of experience in field collection or related credit enforcement roles. Fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn are also encouraged to apply.
- Residence in or near Muara Enim, with readiness to work locally on a full‑time basis.
