Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests upon arrival, escort them to their tables, and present menus in a courteous manner.
- Take accurate food and beverage orders, repeat them to confirm details, and input them into the point‑of‑sale (POS) system.
- Coordinate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders.
- Serve dishes and drinks following proper plating and presentation standards, while checking for guest satisfaction throughout the meal.
- Handle payment transactions, issue receipts, and process credit card authorizations with attention to detail.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including setting and resetting tables, polishing glassware, and ensuring all service stations are stocked.
- Respond promptly to guest inquiries, special requests, and any concerns, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Collaborate closely with fellow team members, supporting a cooperative atmosphere and assisting during peak service periods.
- Adhere to food safety, hygiene, and health regulations, including regular hand washing and proper handling of utensils.
- Participate in pre‑shift briefings, post‑shift debriefs, and ongoing training sessions to continuously improve service quality.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age limit: up to 29 years old.

- Prior experience in food and beverage service is preferred, though not mandatory for highly motivated candidates.
- Must not be currently enrolled in any academic program.
- Demonstrated honesty, discipline, and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work effectively in a team‑oriented environment.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays of food and beverages.
