We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Kepala Toko (Store Manager) for our Premium Outlets to lead daily operations, drive sales performance, and deliver an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of daily store operations to ensure efficiency, cost‑effectiveness, and adherence to company SOPs.
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of crew members and cashiers, providing coaching, performance feedback, and scheduling.
- Maintain product quality standards, ensuring every martabak served meets the brand’s taste and presentation criteria.
- Manage inventory of raw materials, conduct regular stock counts, and coordinate with suppliers to prevent shortages or waste.
- Ensure the store’s cleanliness, visual merchandising, and overall appearance reflect the premium positioning of the outlet.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports, operational metrics, and incident logs to regional management.
- Handle customer complaints and inquiries with professionalism, turning challenges into opportunities for loyalty building.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by implementing promotional activities, upselling techniques, and local market insights.
- Conduct regular staff training sessions on food safety, service etiquette, and product knowledge.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute brand campaigns and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK; Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) preferred.
- At least 1 year of experience as a Supervisor, Store Leader, or Store Manager in the F&B or retail sector.
- Proven leadership and team‑management capabilities, with a track record of developing high‑performing teams.
- Strong analytical skills to monitor sales data, control inventory, and make data‑driven decisions.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a high‑traffic environment.
- Professional appearance and a customer‑service oriented attitude.
