Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, addressing inquiries and providing product recommendations.
- Maintain the cleanliness, organization, and visual merchandising standards of the store, ensuring all displays are attractive and fully stocked.
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point‑of‑sale (POS) system, handling cash, credit, and electronic payments.
- Monitor inventory levels, receive shipments, and perform regular stock counts to minimize shrinkage.
- Assist in the preparation of promotional materials, signage, and seasonal displays in line with brand guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to achieve daily sales targets and improve overall store performance.
- Handle customer complaints or returns with empathy, following company policies to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in regular training sessions on product knowledge, sales techniques, and safety procedures.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and security protocols, including proper handling of hazardous materials and emergency response actions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.

- Experience: No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training will be provided.
