Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Supervisor Trainee – Sales Management to join our growing team in the beverage industry. Responsibilities
- Supervise a team of salesmen, providing daily guidance, performance feedback, and coaching to enhance their selling techniques.
- Monitor and be accountable for the sales targets and overall performance of the supervised team, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing retail outlets as well as identify and onboard new stores to expand our distribution network.
- Lead negotiations with store owners and outlet managers, securing favorable terms and closing sales agreements that meet both company and customer needs.
- Deliver compelling product presentations to consumers and retail staff, highlighting the unique value propositions of our beverage portfolio.
- Prepare accurate and timely sales reports, analyze market trends, and propose strategic initiatives to drive market penetration and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and product development teams to ensure seamless product availability and promotional execution.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, industry regulations, and advanced sales techniques.
Requirements
- Education: Minimum a Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any discipline; fresh graduates with a GPA above 3.00 are encouraged to apply.
- Age: Up to 28 years old.
- Gender: Male candidates only, as per current company policy.
- Experience: No prior work experience required; however, internships or campus leadership roles are advantageous.
- Key Skills: Strong communication and marketing abilities, persuasive negotiation tactics, and the confidence to present products effectively.
- Personal Traits: Goal‑oriented, highly adaptable, able to work under pressure, and comfortable with a target‑driven environment.
- Mobility: Willingness to be placed anywhere in the East Java region and travel regularly to meet retail partners.
- Work Schedule: Monday to Saturday, 07:30 – 17:00.
