Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Tutor Bahasa Inggris (Full‑time) to join our dynamic language centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high‑quality English instruction to both preschool children and teenage learners. This role offers a stable Monday‑Saturday schedule from 08:00 to 17:00, providing ample opportunity to make a lasting impact on the language development of our students.

Responsibilities
- Design and deliver engaging English lessons that cater to the varied learning styles of preschool children and teenagers.
- Incorporate interactive activities, multimedia resources, and age‑appropriate games to enhance vocabulary, pronunciation, and conversational fluency.
- Assess and monitor each student’s progress through regular quizzes, observation, and feedback reports.
- Create a supportive and positive classroom atmosphere that encourages participation and builds confidence.
- Collaborate with fellow instructors to develop curriculum enhancements and share best teaching practices.
- Maintain accurate attendance records, lesson plans, and performance documentation in accordance with centre policies.
- Participate in weekly staff meetings, professional development workshops, and community outreach events.
- Provide constructive feedback to parents or guardians regarding student achievements and areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 20‑29 years old.

- Strong command of English, both spoken and written.
- Demonstrated passion for teaching young learners and ability to adapt lessons to different age groups.
- Excellent teamwork skills and willingness to collaborate with peers.
- Experience in international exchange programs such as IYEP, AYEP, SSEAYP, AIYEP, JENESYS, IISMA, etc., is highly advantageous.
- IELTS or TOEFL certification for candidates without prior international exposure.
- Basic proficiency in classroom management and the ability to create an inclusive learning environment.
