Introduction
We are seeking a detail‑oriented Warehouse Administrator for our Pegangsaan facility. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth inbound and outbound operations, maintaining accurate inventory records, and supporting our fleet logistics team. Responsibilities
- Admin Inbound/Outbound/IC
- Perform end‑to‑end warehouse administration, including documentation, data entry, and compliance checks.
- Input newly received goods into the Warehouse Management System (WMS) with precision.
- Conduct regular stock‑take calculations and reconcile any discrepancies during monthly stock opname.
- Coordinate with purchasing, quality control, and shipping teams to guarantee accurate product flow.
- Monitor and update inventory status in real time, ensuring visibility for all stakeholders.
- Admin Fleet
- Generate and print driver waybills (surat jalan) and ensure they are attached to each shipment.
- Convert Sales Orders (SO) to “On Delivery” status, tracking progress through the dispatch system.
- Compile daily dispatch reports and driver trip recaps, highlighting any delays or exceptions.
- Update basket quantities in the Asset Tracker, reflecting transfers from warehouse to hub.
- Maintain a driver‑tower control board, providing real‑time visibility of driver locations and availability.
- Collaborate with the logistics coordinator to optimize route planning and reduce empty mileage.
- General Warehouse Support
- Assist in the preparation of monthly performance dashboards for senior management.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and propose automation or workflow enhancements.
- Provide backup support for inventory audits and external compliance inspections.
- Ensure all safety and regulatory documentation is current and accessible.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: Up to 35 years old.
- Gender: Female.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in warehouse administration or logistics support.
- Strong computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Office, WMS, and basic ERP systems.
- Excellent organizational abilities and keen attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Proactive attitude, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00.
- Soft skills: problem‑solving, time management, and a customer‑service mindset.
